We want you to be happy with every purchase made from Artstar. If you are not entirely satisfied with our products we offer a no questions asked hassle free returns policy. You may return your products to us within 28 days of receipt.
Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.
Here's how to do it:
Please contact us as soon as possible. Our contact details can be found on the contacts page of this website and are also set out below. Include your order number, product details and the product code of the item you would like to return, stating the reason why you want to return the item.
If the product is damaged we will either:
- Refund the value of the damaged product to your original method of payment
- Replace the same product at no cost to you - we pay all postage costs
If the product is undamaged and unopened we will:
- Refund the value of the returned product to your original method of payment - postage will be paid by the customer

Please remember to ask the post office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The post office will provide you with a parcel tracking reference. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Please allow up to 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed or your replacement to be despatched.
We will email you to let you know when your refund or your replacement order has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your parcel. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Refunds on Postage and Packaging
If we have sent a product in error or it is faulty, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality or is unfit for purpose, we will refund the postage and packaging charges you have paid to receive and return that product, unless it was sent to you with other products which you are not returning.
Refunds on Gift Packaging
We cannot provide refunds on gift boxing.
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us as soon as possible via email at:
We monitor incoming emails seven days a week. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered please follow the general guidance set out here.
If a postal carrier returns an undelivered package to us we will contact you as soon as possible to order a re-delivery. If you decide to accept the re-delivery then you will be charged the full postage cost again. If it is not possible to contact you we will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges.
EU Cooling Off Period
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
To cancel your purchase within this period, the above procedures should be followed. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
